As international tourism resumes following the Covid Outbreak, here at Braw Scottish Tours we've been going above and beyond in our preparations. As you can see above, we've been awarded the 'We're Good To Go' accreditation for meeting and exceeding all government protective guidance. The safety & protection of our clients is - and always has been - our number one priority and as such, some of the changes made are as follows:
All our luxury vehicles will undergo an overnight sanitising and cleaning process (while drivers will also take opportunities during breaks throughout the day to wipe down the vehicles with sanitising equipment);
We'll be providing additional hand sanitiser and hygiene packs including masks for all travellers;
Fresh bottled Scottish spring water will be supplied for all passengers.
We're not only protecting our client's personal safety, but also their wallets...
Our booking promise means that if your travel is interrupted by Covid and you're unable to enter Scotland due to travel restrictions, we'll provide a free rescheduling service, or if you'd prefer a refund we'll return all costs paid for our services.

Regular Cancellation Policy
In the event that you need to cancel your tour, you may be able to transfer your reservation to a person of your choosing, however, you must inform Braw Scottish Tours about this change.
If you are unable to transfer your booking, you will be charged as follows:
Cancellations made more than 4 weeks before the tour start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 21-days in advance of the tour date will have a 30% tour fee charge, while tour cancellations made more than 72 hours before will face a 40% tour fee charge. Any cancellations requested less than 72 hours before the tour start date will receive no refund and must pay 100% of the tour fee.
No refund will be given to anyone who is denied service because of refusal to wear a seat belt or follow the safety rules and regulations of the tour operator.
If Braw Scottish Tours must cancel a tour due to weather conditions, or any other reason, a full refund will be available if the tour is not able to be covered by a partnering tour operator.
If you are entitled to a refund, we will return your monies but are not responsible for any additional charges you may face in the transferring of that monies.
